Malaysia Data Protection Compliance
Shoo Lab Bintulu operates in Malaysia and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) ("PDPA Malaysia"), including the seven Personal Data Protection Principles:
- General Principle: We process personal data only with your consent and for lawful purposes directly related to our shoe and bag care services.

We respond to all data access, correction, and deletion requests within 21 days as required by PDPA Malaysia. Complaints can also be lodged with the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP), Ministry of Digital, Malaysia.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

- Microsoft Clarity: User experience analytics
- Twilio: SMS and WhatsApp messaging services
